Technical safety measures for installation of 6kV arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet in 35kV substation

1. Project overview

during the shutdown inspection of the mine, the electrical machinery department served as the 6kV arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet device in 35kV substation in the air. In order to ensure the safety of power supply in the mine and make the task of the device stop smoothly, this Enron technical method is specially formulated

3. Preparation tasks before construction

1.Insulating appliances and electroscope must be qualified. Before using the measuring pen, first verify its function on other live equipment

2. A 2500V megger, two sets of insulating boots and gloves, gasoline, emery cloth and frequently used things

3. High and high voltage switches often use screws and nuts

4. Before construction, try to connect various communication assemblies to confirm that the communication system meets the appropriate requirements

5. The construction staff should implement the new operating procedures and emergency plans, especially be familiar with the operation of the new 6kV switch

6. Since a single main transformer operates with 6kV single bus during the inspection, it is necessary to delay telling each unit of the mine about the full mine pressure load

7. Delay telling Haizi District substation to jointly stop the power transmission task

8. Cable RVVP 4*1.5mm2 used for construction, a total of 1200 meters, must be confirmed in place

9. All construction staff should wear personal belongings

4. Construction method

the construction staff will delay arriving for half an hour, and then use the German law to coordinate and contact with the mine, and the construction can be carried out ahead with the consent

1. 6kV section I and 6kV section II of the device operate with full mine load

(1) the construction person is responsible for the adjustment. After all loads on the 6kV side are poured on Section II for operation, it is necessary to observe the ammeter and closing instigation of each cabinet in Section II to confirm whether it operates with load

(2) in the 6kV room of 35kV substation, switch the load back to the secondary circuit incoming line. After confirming the normal loaded operation, divide all circuit breakers on the 6K correlation high-v side of section I, confirm that the high-voltage side contact (6002, 6 if there is abnormal prompt or the tacit load value is different from the previous 001) is in the off position, pull out the circuit breaker handcart and hang the power failure inspection board. Disconnect the high-voltage side cabinet (6031) of 1 # main transformer, then stop the 35kV side cabinet (3503) of 1 # main transformer, and then stop the 35kV side connection (3501, 3502), (3503) (3501) (3502) and other switches. After the circuit breaker is disconnected, pull out the circuit breaker handcart

(3) 35kV air substation makes it very simple to control the substation with stepper motor in the speed, position and other control fields. After confirming that there is no current at the load side of 3533 of 35kV section I feeder, open the gate, pull out the trolley, check the electricity, discharge, seal the wire, and hang out the tag

(4) on the 6kV load side, for double circuit power supply users, if the primary circuit incoming switch is stopped and dropped at the user's place, a power-off board should be hung to prevent reverse power transmission. After closing each interconnection switch in the underground central substation, stop the incoming switches of shaft I and IV, pull the circuit breaker truck to the test position, and hang a power-off inspection board to prevent reverse power transmission

(5) using 3633 incoming line single transformer with 6kV II section full mine load, tell Haizi District transformer to stop 3533 line power supply, confirm that 3533 incoming line switch has been disconnected, and pull out the trolley. After the high-voltage electric pen confirms the power failure, hang the line

(8) open and confirm the 35kV bus isolation cabinet (3501) and the handcart of the used transformer (3505)

(9) on the 35kV and 6kV side of section I bus, all switch load sides that can show reverse power transmission should be checked, discharged, and closed, and the power cut sign should be hung at the station

(10) after confirming that the 6kV side section I bus is dead, start the arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet

① delay to put the arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet in place and transport the cable in place

② connect the busbar of arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet to the section I busbar at 6kV side, tighten the bolts, and keep the busbar at a safe interval

③ lay the cable, connect all the requirements of 6kV side section I to the switch of arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet, and then lay the cable

④ after laying, connect the secondary wiring

⑤ after the secondary line is connected, check whether its own things are complete, and check whether there are residual sundries in the switchgear, and confirm that all the switchgear bolts are fastened

(11) after the end of the device, remove the sealing wire of each cabinet, push each trolley, close the cabinet door, and confirm that the switch cabinet is intact, and there are no items left in the cabinet. The 6kV side high-voltage interconnection switch did not move, but the trolley was still disconnected and pulled out, and it was confirmed that there was no sealed wire in the cabinet

(12) send power in sequence from high voltage to high voltage, observe the voltmeter, ammeter and closing instigation of section I, and confirm that the power transmission of each cabinet is successful

(18) tell Haizi substation to restore its one-way power supply, and the staff of 35kV substation will restore the one-way switch to the power transmission condition. After the underground power supply is restored, the contact will not be moved to prepare for the inspection of the second section

(19) report and teach the adjustment construction progress

2. Construct 6kV section II and 6kV section I with full mine load operation

(1) the construction person will adjust, pour all loads on the 6kV side onto section I for operation, and then observe the ammeter and closing instigation of each cabinet in section I to confirm whether it is under load operation

(2) in the 35kV substation, switch the load back to one incoming line. After confirming the normal operation with load, confirm the high-voltage side contact (6001, 6002) to avoid impurities such as water in the opening position. Pull out the circuit breaker handcart and hang the power failure inspection plate. Divide all circuit breakers on the high-voltage side of section II, then disconnect the high-voltage side cabinet (6032) of 2 # main transformer, then stop the high-voltage side cabinet (3504) of 2 # main transformer, and finally stop the 35kV side connection (3501, 3502). Pull out the circuit breaker handcart after switching the circuit breaker

(3) after the air substation confirms that there is no current at the 3633 load side of the 35kV second section feeder, it opens, pulls out the trolley, checks electricity, discharges, seals the line, and hangs a tag

(4) on the 6kV load side, for double circuit power supply users, stop and drop the two-way incoming switch at the user's place. After confirming that each interconnection switch has been closed in the underground central substation, stop the incoming switch of well II, III and V, pull the circuit breaker truck to the trial position and hang the power failure inspection board to prevent reverse power transmission

(5) use 3533 incoming line single transformer 6kV section I with full mine load, tell Haizi district to stop 3633 line power supply, confirm that 3633 incoming line switch has been disconnected, and pull out the trolley. After the high-voltage electric pen confirms the power failure, hang the line

(8) the incoming line isolation (3501) and the handcart of the used transformer (3506) are opened and confirmed

(9) on the 35kV and 6kV side section II bus, all switch load sides that can show reverse power transmission should be checked, discharged, and sealed, and the power-off sign should be hung at the station

(10) after confirming that the section II bus at 6kV side is dead, start the arc suppression and harmonic elimination cabinet

① delay to put the arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet in place and transport it in place with cables

② connect the busbar of arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet to the section II busbar at 6kV side, tighten the bolts, and keep the busbar at a safe interval

③ lay the cable, connect all the requirements of section II at 6kV side to the switch of arc suppression and harmonic suppression cabinet, and then lay the cable

④ after laying, connect the secondary wiring

⑤ after the secondary line is connected, check whether its own things are complete, and check whether there are residual sundries in the switchgear, and confirm that all the switchgear bolts are fastened

(11) after the inspection, remove the sealing wire of each cabinet, push each trolley, close the cabinet door, and confirm that the switchgear is intact, and there are no items left in the cabinet. The 6kV side high-voltage interconnection switch does not move, but it is still disconnected, and the trolley is pushed in

(12) power transmission from high voltage to high voltage in sequence, observe the voltmeter, ammeter and closing instigation of section II, and confirm that the power transmission of each cabinet is successful

(13) tell Haizi substation to restore the secondary power supply, and the staff of 35kV substation will restore the secondary switch to the power transmission condition. After the underground power supply is restored, all contacts will be disconnected to restore the arrangement operation

(15) report the end of the adjustment construction

5. Enron measures

1. The Haizi District substation must be informed before the construction of the substation and after the completion of the construction

2. Switch the control power supply in time when the rotation device of section I and II is installed, so as to prevent the intermittent power drop

3. Strictly implement the two ticket system and operating procedures

4. During the construction of this section, especially when the disconnectors of 3501, 3502 or 6001, 6002 cabinets are stopped, pay attention to the fact that the power side is still energized. The warning line shall be pulled and supervised by a specially assigned person to prevent staff from entering the non power cut area by mistake

6. The power cut-off and transmission order must be withdrawn by the person in charge of power cut-off and transmission, and no other person can withdraw the power cut-off and transmission order. The person in charge of Enron is responsible for supervising Enron in the whole process

7. The order of power transmission is to send high voltage first and then high voltage; When sending high voltage, the high-voltage switch in the substation must be disconnected

8. After the completion of construction, Enron will be responsible for on-site monitoring to confirm that the equipment operates normally and the instrument instigates accurately

9. The communication between the air substation and the underground central substation and each air workshop should be kept smooth. When contacting the power cut-off and transmission, you must first notify your name, and then contact the relevant content of power cut-off and transmission

10. It is forbidden to drink alcohol before the shift and play in the class

11. Live work is strictly prohibited

12. Before inspection, all inspection staff must learn the method and sign their names, and strictly follow the method in the detailed construction
